Excellent service

Excellent service, ski trousers and jacket arrived with plenty of time. Fresh and clean. And well packaged with clear instructions on how to return. The gear was awesome and received many compliments on the snow! A great idea where you can change up your outfit each year without forking out expensive costs. The return of the gear was easy and simple, sealing the provided bag with the provided zip tie, scanning the provided return label. No fuss! Would definitely use again and recommend to both first time ski holiday makers and experienced ones!

You get what you pay for, so in Evris case, you get nothing delivered.

Abysmal company. I have had around 4 packages not delivered. Claiming that they cannot find my address, even after inputting all the data and ‘what3words’.

Each time, I raised a complaint, I had a response saying they will redeliver. No attempt made, no further correspondence.

Have to wait around 2 weeks until they say the package is lost. Then have it reordered and delivered by a different courier or refunded.

Hands down the worst courier in the UK. Would never use them and don’t understand why companies choose to? Because it’s cheap? Well you get what you pay for, or in Evris case, you pay next to nothing, so you get nothing delivered. Useless.


UPDATE: The reply is also useless, the phone number is an automated number and you cannot leave voicemail or speak to anyone in the Evri team. Hiding away as usual, not willing to solve problems and just leave you in limbo.

TERRIBLE service. Try to avoid at all costs and get the company you are buying from to use a different courier.

Terrible service, had two packages due over Christmas. No delivery window provided, no phone call or email. When tracking parcel, update comes through saying failed to deliver. No other parcel company has had problems. Trying to get in touch with anyone at EVRI is impossible, all AI assisted. Then they say they never received the parcel. Wouldn’t be surprised if the driver is just pocketing them at this point.

What an amazing experience!

What an amazing experience, travelled on my own and met some great people! Easy to book and everything organised very well! Visited some great spots and created some amazing memories! Our captains were fantastic and even taught us a few things on the boat and let us sail it!
