Awaiting delivery of a replacement item…

Awaiting delivery of a replacement item from amazon, the delivery driver failed to deliver 2/8 no explanation.

Account shows redelivery today 3/8 , all i can see is item in transit from from where to where??

Went on their chat line , kept being transfered to three different people in india !! ,3 different!!

All different excuses, all i want to know is when the item being delivered and the timeline

Telling me i have to wait 6days is telling me a multitude of things

I have been trying to cancel the sim…

I have been trying to cancel the sim only plan since the 9th of july (see prev review)
Despite complying with requests for id data several times, the replies i have recieved alegedly from asda
Mobile continually request information which will to
All intended purposes identify my bank account as they continually request digits from my account number and the whole sort code, as a result of this intrusive behaviour , i have made a REPORTto both OFCOM THE POLICE AND TO COUNSEL, i shall also if necessary discuss this issue with vodafone

These so so called customer service agents seem predominantly from india, but i recognise scam behaviour, so i suggest ASDA review training in order to root out these bad apples, tarnishing ASDAS good name.
TAKE NOTE SIM WILL NEVER BE ACTIVATED, AND DIRECT DEBIT CANCELLED

BEWARE ASDA MOBILE

I want to cancel as i had noted a change in the std process of Asking for the PAC Code at the time of application.

I spoke to someone with a strong East European accent, who advised he could not cancel over the phone , despite the time line of less than 1/2 hour since placing the order, and i would have to
call back once i got the Sim Card , again contrary to common practice.
I will cancel the direct debit at the earliest opportunity.
All things considered a most unsavoury experience, there is for sure something not quite cosher here.

MISLEADING INFORMATION

IN ALL. THE ONLINE BLURB FROM PLUSNET ITS STATES THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UK BASED, AND WHEN I HAVE CONTACTED THEM VIA CHAT
THEY ALL STATE THEY ARE BASED IN RICHMOND SURREY AT A CONTACT CENTRE.

I FIND THIS BOTH STRANGE AND A LITTLE CONCERNING , BECAUSE ONLINE IT STATES THAT PLUSNET'S CONTACT CENTRES ARE BASED IN LEEDS AND BRADFORD DUE TO PLUSNETS YORKSHIRE ROOTS, AND I FOUND NO TRACE OF THEM IN RICHMOND
SO THIS LEADS ME TO THEREFORE BELIEVE THAT THE PEOPLE I HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATING WITH ARE PART OF SOME SORT OF SCAM , OR THERE IS A MORE SIMPLE EXPLANATION

I went to pizza hut in 1374 London Road Norbury SW16 today, after saving up for several Weeks for à family treat.
Boy was I going to be both let down and disappointed by the experience.
By choice my wife and I don't have debit or credit cards , just a card for ATM access..
However this Pizza Hut only just recently opened under fresh ownership, refused to accept cash , with a card only policy.
HOW CAN YOU ALLOW THIS TO BE PART OF THE PIZZA HUT EXPERIENCE.
ALSO THIS POLICY RUN CONTRARY TO CURRENT LEGISLATION.
SHAME ON YOU FOR ALLOWING THIS TO TAKE PLACE.

THE MATTER IS FURTHER EXASERBATED BY THE FACT THAT WHEN I CALLED THE ASUS C/S PHONE LINE IN THE UK, THE AGENT HAD NEVER HEARD OF THE THIRD PARTY SELLING WEBSITE.
WHAT IS ALSO DISAPOINTING IS THAT THE TELEPHONE AGENT WAS GOING TO EMAIL ME BACK

I ordered a laptop from Very…

I ordered a laptop from Very predominanly because the product delivery was shown as 1 day.however my package that I had partially paid for has now been stuck at the Royal Mail Jubilee sorting office near Hounslow for 2 days now, we no referece to any onward movement to my local post Office ,
Right now very have my money and I have damn all else.

It is noted that at 8.47 this morning that the package was delivered to the streatham sorting office, THEREFORE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE FORMAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM BOTH YOU AND ROYAL MAIL WHICH WILL ALLOW ME TO PICK IT UP

I ordered the wrong laptop in error , realising my error, I cancelled the order within 2 minutes of placing it , yet the Very system appears to have totally ignored my legitimate cancellation request, and continued with the despatch process , what happened here ??? , because even superman could not have packed and despatched an order in under 2 minutes

As they are based in manilla in the Philippines, their so called customer orientated team , are not interested in your issues once a sale is made or return is made and bounce you over to their customer service bods in manilla

Firstly I received no time slot…

Firstly I received no time slot notification for my collection, they turned up late after noon , no apology,
and this Is after I called DPD customer service in all places none other Cape Town in the RSA,Then the following day when it arrived at destination delivery depot in Leeds the parcel went missing for several hours after the 10.31 to 11.31 times slot , I eventually was able to trace the parcel as being delivered to the Elland warehouse , by get this LAPTOPS DIRECT customer service who are get this based in. The Philippines, the app recvd a very odd update stating that the parcel was delivered by bulk at 23.59, that was sighted at 21.20
WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING AN ALL SINGING AND ALL DANCING APP WHEN YOU FILL IT FULL OF MISLEADING AND FICTITIOUS INFORMATION, OR IN FACT DONT UPDATE AT ALL

it continues to run 24/7 in modem mode, is quite cool to the touch, the download speed remains very stable at 500mbps , however to my surprise , i noted 558mbps 2 days ago, i have also noted a slight increase in the upload speed , and have seen a stable 37 mbps , but noted 38.75 mbps yesterday.
I use a Netgear RAX 120 Nighthawk Router, because of the power under the hood .

I received my hub 5 yesterday 28th of…

I received my hub 5 yesterday 28th of May , I am thus far very pleased with the new arrival, the day started well when Yodel delivered it before midday, the driver was really pleasant.
I sent the Go activation text, and received confirmation of the activation from Virgin Media , I installed on. the 29th, I found the light sequencing on hub a tad confusing initially , and at first the router did not play nice and required 2 factory resets before it settled down , I switched it to Modem mode, and linked it up with my own router a netgear RAX 120 Wifi 6 router.
The Big design improvement with the Hub 5 is for me are the extensive ventilation slits throughout , including the top , this will greatly aid temperature control, but just in case I have designed and custom built
a usb fan cooling device ( not yet used) . After several hours of use the hub is still very cool to the touch, when compared with my previous Hub 3.
There is also a noticable increase in signal stability,over the previouse Hub 3, which is handy when your streaming.
All in all very pleased.
So thank you for sending the Hub 5 to me VM

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. As it stands, the Hub 5 is on an Invite only phase which means the usual support teams are unable to give any details on them. They are unable to chase the invites or provide any help I'm afraid.

The requests that come back in are handled by a separate, back office team. It can take a week or so to process the order depending on the requests received and due to the bank holidays we've just had there may be further delays.

Rest assured the order will be processed and you'll receive an email confirmation once it's been done.
