Horrible

Ordered items for Halloween because they were not found in any of the stores in my location. I paid extra money to have it shipped to me before Halloween, around 20$ for shipping. Package arrived before Halloween, but my items were broken, couldn’t take them to the store to exchange because they didn’t have the items in store, so I tried to email guest services, no replies. Terrible customer service. At least refund my shipping to me since you couldn’t deliver a package correctly.

Excellent! I purchased the Freddy knit sweater, and it shipped the day I ordered it! I received it the very next day in the mail. Good quality sweater and amazingly fast shipping! Couldn’t be happier! Thanks Killstar!
