Relatively simple process and valuations received quickly. My only issue was that the collection was scheduled between 8am and 5pm. It would be better if you could be slightly more precise or send updates on the day. The driver arrived after 5pm and therefore my payment was not processed as promised. However, I called the office the following day (Saturday) and after initially being told nothing could be done until Monday, my payment was received later that day.

Whilst I appreciate that the pandemic has affected delivery capabilities for many companies, I was very disappointed that no information was given at any point regarding delays. I was given a delivery date and was relying on receiving the part by that date. Two days after the date had passed, o attempted to contact whirlpool/indesit by phone as the live chat was 'temporarily unavailable' and was put on hold for well over an hour, after which the line cut off. This used all of my monthly minutes. Eventually my girlfriend used her landline and got through to be told that all orders were subject to a delay and that I should expect to wait 10 working days. This I feel should have been pointed out at the time of ordering or at least been communicated afterwards by email. I took two days off work so I could be at home to receive the delivery.
