I had a slight problem with my billing and invoices.
I sent a message with my meter reading and Maha contact me by phone and email. She was very efficient in the manner she handled the problem and it was resolved was very quickly.

Hi everything was excellent with the delivery of the order and l received regular updates with the progress of the order.
Would reorder again as very happy with the service.

The engineer confirmed a new router was required and placed the order. Was updated that it could arrive today but mostly likely Wednesday. Router still has not arrived and guest are annoyed and want to leave. Considering there has been no Wifi since Friday they have a point. The engineer done his job but the back up is terrible.

I have used BEC Consultants previously and as usual the service from Roopesh was excellent. He works hard to get you the best price for the customer and makes sure your are aware and understand the contents of the contract.
