Been using the app for about a week. The concept is interesting and just starting to get into adding more routines. I like the slow start and mix of ideas, discovery boards and explanations.

I don’t like the fact the app is pushing aggressively for reviews, and constantly trying to push you towards their other paid apps. If I’ve paid for a premium subscription to something I expect to not be then upsold more.

Having lived with a maximum of 35meg internet I was delighted when zzoomm announced they were turning up in our area. The build was quick, and while disruptive the build team were friendly and nothing too much trouble.

The community manager, Lynne, was excellent at keeping us up to date on progress over social media and email.

Following go live we had an installation booked the next week, but again Lynne managed to shift things around and we were live the next morning! Installation team were excellent - friendly, helpful and did exactly what I asked while offering their view on what would work best.

So far connection has held steady above 450meg; no outages over the past couple of weeks. And good communication about any overnight maintenance windows.

The router provided worked fine, however was a little weak due to our placement and it being in a solid brick room - so replaced with a mesh system which worked perfectly with the zzoomm fibre termination unit.

Very happy customer so far!

Really good selection of eco friendly products. I loved the option for reusable packaging. Good prices and fair delivery costs.
