Disgusted by Asda

Disgusted by Asda, George, and their rewards app.
First of all, their rewards app doesn't work. I installed and uninstalled a number of times, changed browser, still not working. I put my email and password, and click sign in, it get "Success". Yet it asks me to verify that I am human but there is no button, or sign or anything to tick that I am human. I spoken to their staff in the shop a number of times and they cant help. Contacted customer service and they say we will report it but still not working.

Will NOT go back to asda again.

Asda reward app Does NOT work

Asda rewards app
Irritating and Frustrating- Not working and Asda doesn't care
When you download the app and log is, it asks you to verify you are human, it has something called Cloudflare dashboard. You click on it and it say loading. You wait for an hour and still loading. D=Finally when its done, its again the only option it gives you is to click on it to verify but it again start downloading for another hour and so on. Never worked

P& O gone to the dog! Utter FRUSTERATION with P&O customer service

Once you booked with P&O and paid then you can NOT expect ANY customer service as it does NOT exist.
I want to discuss my booking with them but can not get hold of anyone.
You call them and wait over an hour and still no one answer. If you choose to book a holiday, they will answer immediately but will not deal with your frustration that you can NOT get hols of someone to discuss your current booking. Their live chat doesn't work.
And their email is only a form on their site . I keep sending them messages but they simply IGNORE it.
Utter FRUSTERATION with P&O

First class/ 5 star holiday

First class/ 5 star holiday. Loved a week cruise holiday on PO Ventura ship. It was so nice from food, to service, to friendliness, to everything. Staff were indeed friendly, helpful and obliging.
It was my first experience with cruise holiday. I loved it so much that while on the ship I bought my next cruise holiday with them. Thank you PO Ventura and staff and not to forget the great Kids club. Excellent service,

Had few questions about my broadband…

Had few questions about my broadband and mobile contract.
Was connected to Richard in Ireland. A lovely, calm, understanding and helpful man
Then for my broadband He had to connect me to someone else who turned to be a older guy with broad Scottish accent.
It was trully awful talking to him.
He never gave me a chance to explain what I wanted. He kept talking non stop and confusing.
I told him it's not what you know, just let me repeat what you trying to say in my own words to prevent misunderstanding. No, he did not give me a chance. Gave me stress and chest pain.
Had no option but to put the phone down.
I rang back to 150 EE and was connected to a nice understanding lady who in 2 min sorted my question and all was done.
The Scottish guy surely does not make his company EE a good service if he continues his way of talking to people

Be warned, Don't Join BT/EE broadband and land line

Be warned - Don't join BT/EE broadband.
I truly regret that I moved to BT/EE broadband.
I was with talktalk and used to pay £36 a month for both landline and broadband, and had free UK phone call on my land line.
BT promised a better deal but since then they keep charging more and more.
My bill gone up to £60, then £90 and this month up to £111 .
Unbelievable.
Been in touch several times and they explain but the issue is the deal they provide and price they charge.
I cant leave because they say their contract is 2 years and if I leave I would have to pay over three hundred pounds fine.

Also EE said if I move my mobile contract to them, they would pay my early termination fee for the current mobile company. I did move to EE and the company charged me £72 for early contract termination . I provided the bill to EE but then they refused to pay and told me all different excuses.
Can't wait to leave BT and EE all together.
I truly feel that BT/ EE taken me hostage.
I resent them.
Do not join BT/EE no matter how good their first offer sounds.

And their website is SOOOO busy and confusing.
Why FGS, some schools use Zoom and force parents to have it.

We used 5 different visa cards from 3…

We used 5 different visa cards from 3 different people, yet still payment wont go through despite it was money available in the accounts. All three went to the bank and our cards were not blocked yet Visa wont let money to go to Loveholiday. So it must be an issue between Loveholiday and Visa.
Bought a cruise holiday and paid with same card with no issue whatso ever

PS: Loveholiday replied but its NOT true cause how do you know which transaction I am referring too. I repeat: Visa got issue with your company. We are three people tried to pay for our holiday, didn't go through. We all went to same bank and they checked, No card been blocked. They called their payment central and the answer was that VISA does not allow transfer of money to Loveholiday. We bought holiday same day from another company and it was no problem in payment

They put it in a plastic bottle. The honey get so hard that you cant get it off from the bottle and because it's a plastic bottle, then you can't heat it.
Never again I shall buy any product from this compsny

Great comfortable traction device
After traying a number of traction devices, I must admit that Phallosan forte is THE BEST (Not tried Phallosan Plus yet)
Easy to use for long hours even night time. Comfortable and very discrete. You can wear it and go for a walk, shopping , even running.
Their customer service is prompt and friendly.

Useless, fridge freezer. Never again

Had Miele fridge freezer for 4 years, every single year there is one fault with it.
The freezer makes lots of noise and does not freeze. I make sure no obstruction inside or out and not too much stuff in it yet, in the recent month I had to throw out defrosted food 3 times.

My last fridge freezer was a Bousch and lasted more than 20 years , it was still working but decided to change it and I wish I had not bought Miele

Useless gym

Useless gym. You leave the gym with utter irritation and stress due to not being able to have a shower after your work out.
I like their equipments but their showers are COLD, no marer how much you complain, no one would listen to you.
They can not decide for every member how they like their shower, cold, warm or between. So they should use a system to let the customers decide for themselves how hot or cold shower they want.
One of their staff said its about hygiene but its just an excuse. They just saving money by not heating the water despite extortion membership prices of £62 per month. I have been fedup with total fitness for a while so I cancelled my membership and wont experience their cold shower anymore. Thank God for that.

Do not waste your money on their products

Expenaive and very POOR quality though they look nice but dont last/wont function fir long..
They make contacting them is impossible, And returning an item is NOT easy.

There is NO phone number on their site to be contacyed. The AI chat on the site is use less with
non relevant options. There is NO address in the returm form for sending back an item.
Simply they make it SOOO difficult to retun an item.
Never again deal with this company.

Hermes and Evri are two NOTORIOUS in finding excuses and not delivering items.
I live on a main, rather known road in Chester, yet every delivery with Herms has failed.

With Sat Nav and goggle street ma, there is NO excuses about not finding an address.

My advice is to NEVER use Hermes for Delivery

Hardly any branch left. Contacting them by phone is truly a nightmare
Their we site won't let you to message them.
Once upon the time I was very happy with NW but now I truly resent it

Phoning them, they will send you a code, you enter the code it says not correct and they block ur account causing you more work and stress.

Not always working, no access
And if you do pay as you go, the first payment you do is taken by tesco and 0 will be ur balance. I phoned them twice and they promised to put things right. Still not working

Look at their reply. Couldn't you put the number you ask me to contact you? The problem is that Tesco makes thing SOOO complicated. For top up as you go, first you have to do the top up the you have to rong Tesco and say what so called level you want to.
