No email responses for a month
The products are good but the customer service is appalling. I accidentally added too many items to my subscription and wanted to remove them. The only way to cancel a subscription is by emailing them, and I’ve emailed the support address 3 times over the course of a month with no response from them. There is no other way to cancel these items which seems very sneaky, so I’m going to end up losing money! Feel like this is the only way to get any kind of attention from them as they just aren’t replying to my emails
