Run from this Company

I got into debt with multiple creditors (9 to be exact) and was only able to afford to make minimum monthly payments, though I was in good standing with ALL of them. GRT contacted me with a song and dance that I could get "relief" from the debts of 50% or more by using their service, that it would only temporarily hurt my credit and that they would negotiate the debts down to settled in 3 years time. Stupidly, I agreed to sign up with them. 18 months later after making regular payments to GRT of nearly $600/mo, I have been sued twice (so far) and they have only settled 4 of the 9 accounts. There is a surplus in my GRT account of nearly $1k but they are not doing anything that I can see at this point. Literally all they do is wait for the accounts to go into charge-off. The only recourse they gave me to try to keep from going to court for the first lawsuit was to increase my payment to GRT by more than $200/mo. I would have been far better off just paying the creditors myself and keeping my good credit. Don't fall for this scam like I did.

So much better than previous sh!tshow…

So much better than previous sh!tshow company I traded with. No waiting weeks for "payout reviews" and more weeks for the actual payout, no midstream rule changes that end in payout denials. I could go on and on. Also, really love topstep x platform which allows you to trade straight from a browser, w/out having to install clunky software on whatever machine I am working from and the data is surprisingly robust. Have had a couple issues with freezing but all things considered, still better than the previous place. Payouts are quick, most recent one I had approved in my wise acct within 24 hours. Very happy to be with TS. Hope to keep getting better move into live pretty soon. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

They broke the folding passenger side…

They broke the folding passenger side mirror on my Infiniti FX50 and will not take responsibility. The mirror housing was bumped/banged into hard enough that the mirror housing now wiggles and the motor that is trying to move it back into place stays on indefinitely, as soon as the car is started. Since I rarely have the need to fold in the mirrors, I would have been willing to just them get someone to disable the motor and tighten up the mirror housing so that it stops flopping around, but since they won't take responsibility, my attorney is drawing up the demand letter for full replacement at Infiniti dealer. What would have cost them almost nothing more than a few minutes time is going to end up costing them thousands for replacement parts, labor, paint and camera recalibration.

Run, dont walk

Run, do not walk from this place if you are thinking of buying a car through them. I purchased a car from them in May 2022. It has been almost three months and they still have not filed any paperwork for the registration on my vehicle. I have contacted them probably ten times, numerous people and every single one says they will check into and update and then I never hear anything more from them until I contact them again. I have had to contact an attorney to file suit against them for breach of contract, since my vehicle will no longer be legal to drive soon. Stay away!!
