My experience with Knight Frank started on the wrong foot, with a wrong hire they made that was soon replaced by Robin Macdonald. He's really gone above and beyond to help us redeem our legal rental rights in spite of a very difficult landlord who would delay processes for months. Robin has always been transparent and done his very best to help us. Thank to him our experience has been excellent.
