I like how simple the website is, and the product itself is impressive. I bought it to move several things into storage, which is conveniently located near me. Renting a van or hiring someone to move those things would cost me more than buying the MoverX 200L Folding Camping Trolley Festival Wagon. It's an excellent investment.
It's unbelievable how easily it can move large, heavy objects.
I also love that it folds and can be stored away.

John Lewis parcels were ripped open (plastic bags). This always happens, so not sure if it's a JL issue with packaging or if DPD is very sloppy and doesn't handle the parcels properly.

I wish I could get more money for my books, but this is better than nothing. On average I got paid about £0.80 per book.

There was a minor hiccup with the scheduled pick up of my iMac. DPD didn't arrive and claimed my package wasn't fit for purpose, but I have contacted the customer service team through the chat box on their website, they have sorted out another pickup day, and DPD picked up my parcel the following day. I got paid within two days as well, so overall excellent service and I would recommend it :)
