The delivery is always prompt and when I have need help, the phone advice and support is friendly and really helpful. I have dogs and cats too, it is useful to have everything in one place delivered to my door.

A store selling electrical goods where the staff know nothing about most of the goods. Not good guys. Gormless reading off a box when asked specific information. Yes, near closing time, I understood the staff probably wanted to go home.
Didn't buy the vacuum we needed because no staff member knew a thing. Needed it there and then. Will do the long drive down tomorrow and go to a proper shop in Penrith NSW. PS. Thanks, yes, "we have got them in stock". Could see that because we had in our hands, we just needed some very basic information that no one knew.

I bought two pairs of boots from Yoox.
