After a hiccup with this delivery, the order arrived, product left on the stairs of the office.

I have not received my order, I received an email from Yodel on 05.08.2025 advising package would be delivered, there was NO tracking details on this email, upto the office closing nothing had been delivered, there have been no further email advising package failed to be delivered or would be delivered on a different day. I have placed many orders with Bad Rhino and never had an issue, I hope this can be sorted as very disappointed.

I received an email on Tuesday 05.08.2025 at 16:42 from YODEL telling me that my order would be delivered between 18:12 & 20:12, this is a business which closes at 5:30p.m, there was no tracking details on this email, and I have still NOT received the order. I have received no further emails informed that they were unable to deliver. Look forward to your response.

Service from ordering to delivery was quick and easy to track, order arrived on the date stated, goods were as described

The delivery was at the time I was notified of, the driver was pleasant and polite and brought the package upto the Reception area which a lot of deliveries DO NOT do.

delivery is very good and the products are of an excellent quality.

I have been searching for a headset that I could use that was comfortable as well as effective for a number years, I am happy to say that I have now found one, since using the headset I have had to return to the office a couple of times as I had forgotten I had the headset in.
