NOT WHAT I EXPECTED

I am afraid the item l ordered which was a glass bauble did not live up to expectations as to what l saw advertised did not seem to be the same as what was delivered.lt probably would have been better to see this sort of thing in the flesh rather than seeing a picture on the internet.

Mr unhappy. Listen to what the customer has said…

Listen to what the customer has said and activate on the problem straight away and professionally instead of giving a load of rubbish ,also giving the refund straight away without having to be reminded to do so.

How not to present flowers!!

The small bouquet arrived in a sorry state not looking at all as pictured on the website and nowhere did it stipulate that the vase that came with them was plastic overall I was very disappointed.This standard does not make for good future business and I certainly will not be using them again.

If it was just related to our conveyancer Natalie Webster I would be giving a 5 star rating as she has gone above and beyond to help us . But as for the company getting through to people and getting people to update us has been terrible and it has been down to us chasing and updating to get required actions resolved.
