Do not use!
Quite possibly the worst estate agents we have EVER dealt with. The Fox & Sons Bitterne lettings team are rude, unprofessional, incompetent and offer zero support to tenants. During a 1.5 year tenancy, I don't think we went a month without having to get another issue looked into. Communication was terrible, no courtesy phone calls/emails - you constantly had to chase to get an answer and even then they barely knew what they were doing. They lied continually in emails so always contradicted themselves, dealing with Tyler & Gary was like dealing with toddlers and it was just exhausting. It seems professionalism and customer service just isn't at the forefront of what Fox & Sons do. Avoid at all costs.
