We were directed to One from a sibling organisation who was providing awful service for a renewal. One dealt with it quickly with explanations and we have the same policy but 125 cheaper and with help by people who knew how to handle customers

Assessed if possible from photos I shared - I was prepared for a sucking in of teeth and a worrying estimate - was pleasantly surprised, booked in 4 weeks later but when a cancellation came available they came a week or so after agreeing the work. Two chaps worked solidly, left no mess, were a pleasure to have in the house and what is more the Bath looks brand spanking new and fully re-culked in the price - this has to be a good 1/3 of the cost of replacing and getting a workman in to refit a bath, feels somewhat greener. My husband amazed and pleased with the results .
