This morning an engineer came and disconnected my boiler because he says it's at risk. This is legally wrong as I have not received any notice let alone an indication of what could be done to resolve the problem, I will now call the police and file a report against this company. Hot water is the first necessity for a family and no one can afford to come and disconnect the boiler without first notifying them. They had to come to change the external tube and because the engineer didn't know how to do the job, they decided with the manager to detach my bouler, Shame, shame, shame

It's been 2 months that amazon blocked my account because of a hacker who wanted to make purchases with my card. To unlock it I sent 2000 documents and to this day I still have the account blocked where I have my book, I can not control sales etc. etc. If at most in a couple of days I will not have the account unlocked I will contact a lawyer and I will also ask for the damages that Amazon is creating for me
