However, I think they need to reconsider who delivers their parcels!
Left a picture of where parcel needs to be left, as per Hermes app. ( No facility for leaving any instructions)! Parcel thrown over a gate into communal area and then said it was left in the porch! The photo the courier took shows it was clearly not left in a porch at all.
Not sure if I’ll order anything from them again if this is how the parcels are delivered!

After being told the goods would be delivered middle of September, then it was the middle of October, which is roughly when I did receive the goods.
Quite a long wait.
Can’t fault the equipment though.
