My experience with Amerigas has been a nightmare. No one ever answers the phone, in fact the only way to get in touch with anyone is to report an emergency gas leak. Secondly I was given an appointment for a site survey. I was given three reminders to be at home between the hours of eight and 12 on a particular day. No one informed me that this was not going to happen because of protocol that I was unaware of. If you were thinking about signing up with the Propane supplier such as Amerigas, good luck ever trying to get through on the telephone.

Although the tow truck driver did not make it at the time he was scheduled, he did make it by the end of the very same day it was scheduled for pick up.

My experience was a polite and courteous with all reps involved.

I had been a loyal member for nearly three years. I am as cordial and eloquent as a well mannered man can be. One complaint filed from a female member landed me terminated without substantial reason, no consideration for refund, and no replies amid numerous emails sent requesting clarification of violation reported. To add insult to injury I was informed that any new account applied for would be subject for review and immediately terminated as well.
