Would have chosen zero if there was an option. Or maybe 1/2 as that’s exactly what they’ve sent me - just half of my order. Taken the money for it all though and now they’ve gone dark! No responses to email. No answers to calls. Even the chat-bot now doesn’t respond - I can only assume he too has given up on them. I’m owed over £300 but based on other reviews am writing this off…. Buyer beware! I hope you read this before using these guys. I wish I had!

I just recently bought a new Smeg electric single oven. It looks great. However I used it for the first time at the weekend only for the whole process to be accompanied by a clicking sound throughout cooking. It’s fine to start with but after an hour the clicking really grates! Assumed it was faulty so spoke to Smeg. They tell me that it is “normal” as the oven is trying to keep temperature. I’ve just tossed away my old Hotpoint oven that never made such a noise. Nor have I heard other ovens making a similar noise. I wanted to share and let others know about this normal clicking noise before others spent top dollar on supposedly “premium” Smeg products.

Other than the Uber-responsive customer services team, the website it’s a shocker! Ordered three pendant tights 4 weeks ago. One arrived in a smashed up box and the glass product had scratches all over it. Return is accepted but at my cost. Said I would return the other two as I bought three for a reason but wasn’t allowed and, as noted below, the return cost outweighs refund. Wish I’d read this website first!
