Absolute terrible bunch here

Absolute terrible bunch here. Ordered a toilet late November 2022!! Cancelled the order and no refund still. Many emails saying they would until they blocked me. All this is being escalated our end.
Just don’t use this company.

Do not use this dodgy dishonest company…

Do not use this dodgy dishonest company ! I swiftly returned an item which they approved for me to return, and then they never refunded me the £200+ and never answered the phone.
Luckily my credit card gave me the money back in the end

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Order for a shower tray placed. Informed a lead time but no delivery information came. Contacted them and they said they would get onto the supplier and respond within 3 days. Again, nothing. I requested a cancellation and refund and was informed it was 'passed to relevant department' and again, no contact within the 3 days stated - and NO REFUND either! When I looked for a contact number online, the web site no longer existed. Luckily I paid by credit card and obtained a refund that way. However, Nationwide are now disputing my claim so the saga continues with my credit card company. Hassle I could well do without! Steer clear of them!

Still taking orders via their web-site, I had one email from them to say they were out of stock but would have new stock within the week. No further communication from them and no goods. I cancelled the order by completing their cancellation form, but still no response. Luckily I paid on credit card and have finally got my money back.

Just confirming what others have said. This company is corrupt. We just received a court judgement after persuing him for 3 years for supplying a fake ‘Majestic’ shower however the company has gone into liquidation. Details on company house. Looks like he has already decided on the name of his new company. Details on companies house with all the other bathroom companies he has set up and liquidated (Please leave your reviews under the new name to save others losing their money)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a Silverdale oak heritage toilet seat on 14 February. Got an email to say delayed and nothing since. Their phone number cuts off and emails do not get answered. Shocking customer service - I will have to go to my credit card company I guess as it seems that is what everyone else is resorting to as many believe the company is no longer trading - their website is not working either.

Definitely avoid

Definitely avoid, I ordered a bathroom shelf, paid for it and it’s not arrived, this was in February. No one at Nationwide answered the phone, no email response. Nothing from Nationwide.

AVOID !!!

AVOID !!!! Unfortunately I purchased a duravit heated toilet last year and experienced issues with the item luckily I received my item unlike others but the customer service was so poor you used to be able to call them then they removed the phone number I had one response via email and then gone quiet so I now have a very expensive toilet which doesn’t work correctly I’m hoping duravit will now come out as they needed nationwide to contact them as it’s under warranty

Paid for item, not received, no refund.

Paid in December for an item never received. I originally got replies from the company saying they were processing my refund, it never came and they have stopped responding and I assume they've gone into administration.
Lesson learned - always pay by credit card . I'm £467 down as I paid on my debit card.

Company no longer trading?

I feel this company has gone out of business, but continued taking money with no intention of delivering stock. I placed an order on 20th January, chased via Live Chat in late February and was assured the item was on order but long lead time. When I contacted the supplier direct, they informed me the order had not been placed by Nationwide Bathrooms at all and they had stock to send out so 1 day lead time. I am chasing refund via my bank, but don't think they can do anything if the company has gone bust. Good luck everyone who has placed a big order...

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. Reported them to everyone possible and website is finally took down. Good riddance. Get the money back from your bank and read reviews before ordering online. Lesson learned.

We are missing parts from our order, I initially managed to speak with someone via a live chat but then no resolution. Now I can not get through on live chat, I have sent many emails, messages and still no response.

Terrible. Avoid at all cost

Terrible. Ordered a bath and front panel. Had to chase, chase, chase the delivery....absolute nightmare as the phones are down or not answered. Finally got someone on live chat and was given several delivery dates that were all broken....no communication, I just waited and hoped my items would arrive. I finally received the items after much effort and many unfulfilled delivery dates, but not the items I had ordered. This company has my money and it is impossible to resolve anything with them as phones don't get answered and emails are ignored. I have a visa dispute raised and am hoping my bank can retrieve my money. This is the worst retail experience I have ever encountered. How do they manage to still trade!!!

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE - I wish I had seen the other reviews online prior to ordering. Only part of my order was delivered and they owe me £450 for the goods that didnt arrive. I cant get through on the phone, they dont respond to email, web-chat has now been removed. Ive resorted to claiming back by Barclaycard. BUYER BEWARE

These guys are criminals

These guys are criminals. They promised to deliver a £533 bath within 7 days. Once I paid they never replied to me again. They never picked up the phone. They they never delivered my bath (been over a month). I was lucky to be refunded by my bank.

Don’t buy anything from them. There are 100s of cases like mine.

Buyer beware! Go elsewhere

Would have chosen zero if there was an option. Or maybe 1/2 as that’s exactly what they’ve sent me - just half of my order. Taken the money for it all though and now they’ve gone dark! No responses to email. No answers to calls. Even the chat-bot now doesn’t respond - I can only assume he too has given up on them. I’m owed over £300 but based on other reviews am writing this off…. Buyer beware! I hope you read this before using these guys. I wish I had!
