I wouldn’t get this card

Called to see if they would lower my APR and the representative told me that they don’t do that because they learn to subprime consumers. Basically they are going after low income people and charging higher fees. CEO is getting richer and people are going into debt. In this company could care less.

Don’t order

The guy that was emailing me back-and-forth was a little rude. The prescription I gave them when I ordered is correct when I told them I felt like the glasses they sent made me dizzy and the prescription was wrong. He asked for me to re-upload the prescription. I did, but I accidentally put the wrong one. My dad is dying of cancer. I gave them the correct prescription afterwards and they told me basically I’m just stuck. What a way to be compassionate.

Don’t send them your personal information

I sent them information on my Lexi’s Nexis report and they told me that they could not help me because LEXIS-NEXIS had already fixed it I had to Circle the information and show them it still had not been corrected, therefore, I don’t think they even read anything you send them.

Don’t do it!!

This company preys on the people with bad credit. They tell you they can waive annual fee after one year but then they won’t. They’ve also increased the fees twice now. $15 a month maintenance fee! Plus annual fee and high APR!! Don’t do it!!
Plus it takes them months to get back to people when you ask them to resolve an issue!

Edit: they got back to me, but once again after waiting for over a month, they won’t respond again!! Great customer service (sarcasm)

Shady Company

I sent in a dispute on November 1 and I called them the beginning of December and they said they were still working on it. I then called the first part of January and the lady admitted that they had the dispute and it was past 30 days. She said a supervisor would call me, five days later I called in and a supervisor still hadn’t called. They put in a case request for a supervisor to call again, and after three days they still had not called. The only mail I got from them was a letter stating they had got my CFPB complaint. It has now been over two weeks without a supervisor call. I believe they are lying about the dispute because they I’ve been told three different things.

Discrimination against customers based on sex!! Still waiting on a supervisor to call me!! They are violating federal law because of my gender! I’ve called the dispute center with no resolution and I’ve emailed the executive office with no response!! I would like someone to personally call me!!

Discriminatory

I contacted numerous times over a four day. They would respond back, but when I replied to the email would say that their inbox is full. I then did the text support and they told me to call in. Surprise when the phone calls would never get answered. They finally responded back to me. There’s nothing they can do to help. I commented back on the email and guess what it got sent back to me because you can’t reply. They are very discriminatory against people as well.

They say they include a manufacturers warranty yet when they respond, their answer is go return it to Amazon!! I purchased it and now can’t return it and I have a warranty that I purchased that I can’t use because the manufacturers warranty isn’t up!! Annie was extremely rude!

I emailed in on February 14 because it wasn’t letting me create an account. A representative emailed back telling me to call in and calling me Nadine! I ended my previous email with my name and he purposely misgendered me. So did the agent when I called in today! So they are purposely denying an account based on sexual orientation!

Poor Customer Service

Ordered a device from Amazon, and it was supposed to be signature required!! It says delivered, but nothing! Amazon refuses to help me and last time I messaged Hyperice on January 12th at 12:35 pm about a different question, they have yet to respond!! Love being out $130!!
Edited: neighbor had the package because it was misdelivered!! I sent William copies from my surveillance cameras after he was EXTREMELY rude and accused me of lying!! Returning it because it’s a horrible business!!

Discrimination

I received an email this morning saying my account has been deactivated… I called in and spoke to a representative named kit who I had to correct four times because they kept calling me ma’am!! I am a male!! I called him the other day about an issue with an order, and I think that’s when they started becoming discriminatory. They have shut down my account based on my sexual orientation.!!

They tell you that your annual fee will be taken out right away, then they tell you it'll be taken out eventually... They cause you to overdraft and then they don't give you your credit limit increase like they promise. Don't use them!
