This is my second time using MyTutor.
My eldest child had an A level tutor for one subject (after their 6th form college A level teacher went awol during covid) and my youngest child is currently having English Language gcse tutoring.
Both experiences have been great.
Both tutors are highly qualified, know their subject backwards and were always available for extra sessions.
So, big shout out to Erland and Georgie! :)
I would recommend MyTutor to anyone...we have never had any issues with payments and tech issues do sometimes happen.
One thing I would say is that it's worth contacting several tutors to find the right "fit" for your child.

I'm a long time customer, but even I didn't realise that FP made perfumes!
I am a lifelong perfume collector and was so delighted to buy a bottle of Dark Carnival perfume.
It arrived - as all Tiggy's packages do - wrapped in layers of gorgeous tissue paper. The cylindrical box has the FP wax seal on it.
The perfume itself is a great price for a 50ml bottle and smells so divine. It's a gourmand fragrance, reminiscent of late nights at a carnival, sugar, caramel, toffee, vanilla...all the good things!
I adore it 💙

I'm a long time customer but have tried a new luxury body cream - No.11.
It's glorious and I plan to wear it every night before bed! Lavender, patchouli, ho leaf and vetiver.
The cream is rich and easily absorbs.

A long time customer but I bought a new (to me) soap called "one ring" - an homage to LOTR.
Well. I cannot stop sniffing it! It's addictive and (sadly) a gift for a LOTR fan who I'm sure will love it :)
Smoke and mirrors is also gorgeous.
These soaps are beautifully fragranced and last for a long time and do not turn to mush! :)

I cancelled my subscription back in June and have just been billed again.
There is no way to cancel the box on the website other than to use the WhatsApp function to contact the company, which I did.
Very unhappy.

Bought a new washing machine from AO months ago and paid a £25 installation fee.
Many weeks later it transpires that it was not connected properly by the fitter resulting in a slow water leak for weeks and damage to my property.
I have wet carpet and underlay, water damaged skirting in 2 rooms and a water damaged desk.
Despite their assessor agreeing the issue was a faulty connection and fixing it I am STILL waiting for AO to contact me after 5 days so I can replace what their fitters have damaged.
I have e mailed photos of the damage, phoned 3 times and still no reply from the damage to property department.
Really, really unhappy.
Edit: Finally spoke to someone. I have to send MORE photos (the ones I sent and the ones their assessor sent are obviously not good enough...), fill in a form which has to be posted out and my claim will be reviewed within 28 days.
I have a room I cannot use and a utility area I cannot use.
Not only that, but AO refuse to supply the exact item they damaged so I may end up with a cheaper inferior item.
Shocking customer service.
I will be contacting Trading Standards.

I've been with this bank for over 20 years.
Really great customer service and any issues have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
They were also great after my dad died and I was able to deal with mums banking.

The app is never updated.
Have to constantly chase up via phone and email.
Thank god it was just a remortgage - we completed eventually but it was very stressful.

Ordered a new bathroom plus fitting 3.5months ago.
18 hours before all the items were to be delivered and 48 hours before fitting I got a phone call to tell me that some items were not available and that the fitters were no longer available.
No idea when the fitters/or missing items would be available.
Shocking customer service.
Would NOT recommend.

The ektorp footstool cover I bought hasn't even lasted 4 months before wearing through.
The company is not interested once they have your money. They have refused to send a replacement cover and offered 20% off another! Why would I buy another when the original is faulty????
I spent nearly £400 in total!

I'm confused...the worn area is on top on the stool in the corner. Its used normally. No pets, no young children. Your product is faulty and the fabric poor and you refuse to rectify.
As I said, BUYER BEWARE!!!
EDIT: Etsy say as its more than 3 months since purchase I have to go through YOU. Lesson learnt...I will never make large purchases from Etsy again.
EDIT: My husband and I have found the issue...on the original ikea cover the zips are only on 2 sides. Your cover has the zips on 3 sides...and it is the placement of this zip on your design that is causing the damage to the cover.
I'd like a refund please!
