Skinsider Review Club

This review is specifically for the Skinsider Review Club. It says on the website that one would receive free products to test in exchange for HONEST reviews after 3-4 weeks.
I joined the club and after using the products I was ready to give my honest feedback. But the agent who contacted me insisted that I had to also provide before and after pictures of my skin/body or the relevant area of use.
I think this is ridiculous and assumes that EVERY product does indeed work and make a difference! What if there was no difference before and after?
Well I did not provide any pictures because there was no difference before and after - I was removed from the club because of this.
I think the pictures should be mandatory only if my HONEST review indicated that I noticed a difference.

Don’t buy from Redrow if you don’t want…

Don’t buy from Redrow if you don’t want to be a slave to them forever!
That’s because although they have sold you the house and you have paid, they still have power over it. They register a charge against your home and continue to extort you and if you don’t pay, they threaten to take your house from you. Nightmare builder!! Avoid for your own peace of mind, you have been warned! I am currently considering legal action and will take this to all the media - social, print etc

Highly recommended!

I ordered the Trepanel Ash Square wood panels. I used to think that companies/retailers don’t care about you anymore once they take your money and make the sale. Not this one.
The after-sales service was fantastic and my issue was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. I am well pleased and will come back to order panels for my remaining rooms!

Wish I could give 0 star

Wish I could give 0 star. Completely poor and absolutely appalling level of customer service. I opened a Savings Vault where it was written clearly that the limit is 85,000 GBP. But the Vault would not accept a penny over 85,000 EUR! And that started an almost 4-week nightmare journey of being passed around from one agent to another, everyone one of them telling me that I have reached my limit. Can’t you do a simple conversion? 85,000 EUR is not 85,000 GBP. Believe it or not, I was explaining the same thing over and over to around 15 agents for almost 4 weeks before one person finally understood the issue. I also raised a complaint through the online form and no one replied. With this awful level of service, the Metal membership is a ripoff.

This company shouldn’t be allowed to trade online

Just look at the hundreds of negative reviews below mine. Need I say more?
It is impossible to get through to a human being either on the phone or by email. All I get is scripted responses from robots. Their Customer service is a nightmare indeed. I am still waiting on my refund after several weeks but their telephone bots keep hanging up on me.

Extremely poor customer service

Appalling customer service, avoid this rubbish company for your own sanity. They cannot call the courier to find out what the problem is so investigation on lost parcel is so slow and you have to wait forever. Extremely poor customer service.


Update after reply from Parcel2go: Being online only is not an excuse for your poor processes and customer service. You can be online-only and still call up the courier in order to have a quick turnaround for the customer. How does making phone calls compromise your online status??? You need to look at improving this.

They will sell you one thing but you will get something else

Redrow St Andrews Park refused to use bricks for my fence despite their own rule that all fences backing up to a public road will have brick fence and not wooden. Despite the site-plan showing bricks for my fence and not wood. This dodgy company had two versions of the site-plan, the one they showed me when they were trying to sell had bricks but the one the showed me after I had moved in had wood, glad I still have a copy of the one showing bricks but they refused to fix it. Now a Tesco van has managed to ram into my fence and destroyed it. My fence is backing up to the end of the road where all the vehicles make a turn. I don't know why Redrow cannot see this. Tesco will fix the damage but future damages will occur until this issue is fixed. My fence is on the main road!!! I am embarking on an online campaign and I will post this on all social media and review sites until they resolve this.

The team have looked into this for you and sadly since your warranty expired in November of 2019, there is nothing more we can do for you on this matter. As the team have already confirmed, your site plans indicate that your garden has a wall and the divider between yours and your neighbour's driveways is a fence. While this may not have been the case in the original plans you were given, it states in our contracts that these plans are subject to change. We apologise if this wasn't made clear enough for you from the beginning. If you wish to discuss anything further, please don't hesitate to get in contact directly.

Furthermore, since we are not responsible for Tesco or the actions of their employees, this is something we advise that you take up with them alone. Best wishes, Anna

Avoid at all costs

Completely poor, awful and extremely slow transfer coupled with excessive charges. In this day and age of faster payments, rubbish Currencyfair would sit on your money for several days(after charging £2.50 for GBP to GBP that is usually free elsewhere). Revolut and Transferwise provide a far far better speed of transfer and less or even zero charges. I don't even know how these clowns are still in business.
