fined me for parking outside my own home

fined me for parking outside my own flat and there's no signs to dictate private parking. happy to go to court for this.

edit: They refused my appeal and want payment in full which is against not only their own terms but as by law i should be offered discounted price as stated in their own terms.
this company have no integrity and fined me for parking on residential parking bays when i am a resident. the signs located on sight have a number that's no longer in service. disgusting cowboys and my housing association is getting involved. if that does not work ill see them in court happliy.

Delayed my order no tracking refused to…

Delayed my order no tracking refused to cancel my order minutes after me placing it. Awful service with no help other than them saying just refuse on delivery. Still haven't got the package for one box.
Now he has cancelled my order which has screwed up a return I needed to make, meaning I could be out of £200 pounds now due to this companies negligence, if you could cancel the order and refund while in transit why didn't you do this before they received the item for delivery, absolutely unacceptable customer service to cancel and order after refusing to days after it's been done. Never using this company again I'm furious.
The state of this package is an absolute joke, box is ripped, packing tape falling off looks like it was kicked across the warehouse, I've worked in warehouses over ten years this is unacceptable avoid these cowboys at all costs.

refused to cancel my order

added £10 delivery, five minutes after i ordered, i rang the office to cancel the payment and they said its been dispatched already and refused to cancel it.
ridiculous they wont cancel order after minutes of placing it and received 0 emails or conformation, so just spent £22 on one cardboard box worth about £4. Telling me an item had been dispatched within 5 minutes of the order is hilarious, the order had been made up yes but dispatched absolutely not, I've worked in warehouses long enough to know how it works you could've just canceled the order.

Having looked into this I can see that the order had indeed been dispatched and was with DHL, so could not be cancelled. That said, I understand that the colleague whom you spoke to did advise that you can simply refuse the order on delivery and we will refund you in full. This offer still stands of course and we are happy to refund you the full order value once the goods are received back to us.

These are the worst products for babies, if you want to potential cause your child damage get anything tommee tippee and your on the right track, absolutely shocking how bad the products are, 100% worst brand out there

5 new case managers in 4 years don't bother...

Very frustrating case has been swapped to five different people anytime I ask for information I get patronising comments saying it isn't done in a day and takes time. It's been 4 years since my case started they admitted liability which should have been open and shut case but nope got pushed around to everyone in the company to the point I can't change solicitor as will ruin the claim, now it is done I was told 21 days it has been 30 days I email my case manager to get automated email saying they are not in office and with zero information when they are back, I have hated this entire experience I have had to deal with alot of stress during this and your law has done nothing to support my concerns throughout the proceedings just seems like a simple payday and my case wasn't important enough to worry about straight away. Really don't recommend this company I went to national accident helpline which is how I ended with these guys. I don't recommend either and I can't wait to find out when I receive my payment so I can never have anything to do with these guys again. National accident bit my arm off with excitement they could help to then be put with these emotionless people is unacceptable
