Wouldn’t waste your money or time on the company
I ordered my 3 seater, 2 seater Sofa and matching footstool earlier in the year, COVID happened and caused a delay in my delivery ( which I expected ) however, on delivery Day I advised the drivers to take my purchase through our carport and through the double doors straight into my dining room. Both delivery men declined my opinion on this and continued to go through my front door and my kitchen door to take it into my dining room I explained again that it would be much easier to go through the double doors but again Harvey’s delivery men refused and continued to take my sofas through the front door. Once inside they break a rare collectible Disney item and didn’t even apologise for the breakages
I then checked my sofas over and realised the feet on majority of the sofas and footstool were damaged, I rang straight away to Harvey’s customer services to be told I would be sent a £50 cheque for the breakages and sent out new feet for my damages ones this would take around 10 weeks due to Covid. I rang a few months later to enquire about my cheque and new feet and was told they would be with me soon as there’s a delay again due to Covid. I ring again today 5 months from when I received my sofa to enquire about my sofa feet and £50 cheque for the damage of the Disney item to be told there’s nothing Harvey’s can do due to administration and they no longer make the sofa feet - I informed the lady on the phone how shocking I think Harvey’s is and the company should no longer be trading if they can not support customers with faults that they have made - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HARVEYS AS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND REFUSE TO HELP WITH DAMAGES/ FAULTS THEY HAVE MADE
