My issue is with the delivery

My issue is with the delivery. Last week the box was wet and one of the water pouches had a little leak in it. Same thing yesterday but also our box had clearly been tipped sideways and stuff was messed up and wet from the water pouches.

I like the features of the app

I like the features of the app, the articles, the accountability. I find the food hard to log most of the time because there are not many Canadian labels. Also shovelling snow is not an exercise option.

For me, the best.

I have used Password Keeper for a couple of years now. My biggest fear is forgetting my password to it! I have confidence in the app and appreciate being able to find my passwords quickly.

Noom Delivers

I really am quite delighted with NOOM. I’ve not had a weight loss program that “makes” you set your goals. It’s brilliant because it makes now you are responsible to make it work, rather than just take drops/powder/premade meals or count calories etc. It’s becoming mindful of the whole food process and making it work. I see this as a life change and not just until I lose the weight. 💃🏻
