Pram & Bassinet hire

Rented a travel pram and carrycot for our first overseas trip with a 2 month old, which came in great condition! Flawless process, quick and easy to receive and send back!
The only glitch was the fact that we couldn’t put the pram in the overhead, so had to check at the gate - always important to note on the product page.

breast shield broke within 10 days with no replacement in site

Pump works okay but my breast shield broke within 2 weeks of use and no replacement shields are available anywhere! This will greatly impact supply as I’m only 2 weeks and 2 days PP and trying to maintain pumping rhythms daily!

There are no replacements available on Elvie’s website or partner sites such as Amazon! Terrible service.

Although it broke in 2 weeks of use, I bought the pump in a special for Black Friday last year, therefore the warranty for washable parts is expired as it’s over 90 days delivery, even though it broke on the 10th day of using the pump!

Terrible experience 😭

We'd recommend the Partnership to anyone!

Our house closed in less than half the current average duration of contracting! We were so impressed with the speed to get contracts out and finalised post all the external searches and were super satisfied! After hearing horror stories from friends and the firms they'd gone with, we'd recommend the Partnership to anyone

locker full status not accurate

Always had good experiences - however in December and January 2023 the lockers have all shown as full on websites (but actually had space) or that they had spaces and once I’d walked there were full! I called the helpline and they helped me find open lockers (even though their websites said full) however upon opening the lockers two of them had other parcels sitting inside, which worries me about security!

Jiffy is the best

Jiffy is the best - Oat milk, cheaper than it is at any other store, delivered to my door in 20 minutes? Yes please! Also, my experience of Jiffy fresh produce has been great, as the Coriander (on sale) still lasted another week! It would take me longer than 20 minutes to get dressed and go to the store, so the very quick deliveries are amazing!

It's 6 months later I'm still waiting…

It's 6 months later I'm still waiting for a refund of a flight cancelled in April. The airline says they have refunded Opodo. Opodo says they haven't. Because Opodo are the agent I'm unable to contact the airline directly to confirm and Opodo doesn't have any links on their site to phone numbers, email addresses or help lines. The chat box is all automated, and all phone lines hang up on me automatically. It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I desperately need these funds due to COVID-19 related issues. Not fair.
