Radio Silence
I had a problem with my online order, so I called, but the answering machine said the phone lines are closed and to use the websites live chat service. So I went there, but I got NO RESPONSE. Nothing at all, twice in a row. I saw you could message them via facebook, so I did. I didn't get a response for hours, and when I finally did they ignored me again after I gave my order number. I just feel they shouldn't give other support options if nobody is going answer you. Be careful ordering, as support will be very un-responsive.
