Worst customer service ever. I ordered an adjustable harness for my cat. The item I received said kitten harness on the packaging. I reported the error and they have refused to resolve the issue, stating that despite there being no mention of it being for kittens nor any info on measurements on the item description on their website, I should have checked with them before ordering. Beware and shop elsewhere.

Salt overcharged me by 150chf this month, claiming it was roaming abroad. Even the call agent said he’s not sure what you could do with just 10MB it’s such a small amount... maybe you could open 3 emails with such little usage, so it was obviously an error. But salt sent me a „goodwill“ discount offer of 50% on the overcharge and refuses to continue any communication to resolve the issue. No right to appeal or contest! Should I be happy to pay 50% for a service I didn’t request/use?! No, absolutely not. Will not be renewing any of my family‘s mobile contracts or services with Salt. I’ve completely lost trust in them.
