Worst customer service ever. I ordered an adjustable harness for my cat. The item I received said kitten harness on the packaging. I reported the error and they have refused to resolve the issue, stating that despite there being no mention of it being for kittens nor any info on measurements on the item description on their website, I should have checked with them before ordering. Beware and shop elsewhere.
You have the worst service that I have encountered.
Firstly, the delivery time is incredibly late! And I had to contact you after MONTHS for you to inform me that the items are out of stock. Later when I accept to change the products, you agree to ADD products, but not to remove. And your excuse is “the order is already shipped.” If it’s shipped, how come you have time to add things? It wasn’t shipped when I asked for the change.
Even if the order is already shipped, you have clearly made a mistake and the least you can do is compensate me for all the mistakes and delays.
This is the absolute last time I will buy anything from a untrustworthy company like yours. And I will make sure to send reviews for everyone to know.

Em primeiro lugar, o tempo de entrega é incrivelmente tarde! E tive de te contactar depois de meses para me informares que os artigos estão esgotados. Mais tarde, quando aceito alterar os produtos, concorda em ADICIONAR os produtos, mas não para remover. E a desculpa é: "A encomenda já está em caminho” Se é enviado, por que tem tempo para adicionar coisas? Não foi enviado quando pedi a mudança.
Mesmo que a encomenda já tenha sido enviada, claramente cometeu um erro e o mínimo que pode fazer é compensar-me por todos os erros e atrasos.
Esta é a última vez que compro algo de uma empresa não confiável como a sua.
