Does not look like the dress I ordered! Customer service was good! I couldn’t return it as I passed the 14 day return policy as I was out of the country when it arrived

Do not order

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My bed arrived over a month late, and when it was finally delivered, the drivers were rude and caused damage to my walls and wooden floor.

I have reached out multiple times via email and phone to report this issue. Initially, I was told that someone would get back to me, and at one point, a representative assured me that I would be reimbursed for the damage. However, I have yet to receive any reimbursement or even a follow-up response.

This level of service is unacceptable. I expect immediate action regarding my reimbursement and a clear resolution to this matter. Please address this promptly.

Do not use sleep bed or this delivery comp

They damaged my wall and floor

Avoid doing business with this company

Avoid doing business with this company. I hired them for leak detection services, and they not only charged me £1346 without my consent but also failed to provide an invoice or breakdown of costs upon request. Despite supposedly spending 6 hours on site, the technician, Atam, couldn't locate the leak but insisted there was definitely one in the house.

To clarify, leak detection is a meticulous process where our engineers use non-invasive methods to pinpoint the exact location of leaks. We acknowledge your frustration with the unresolved issue. Please note that leak detection involves a process of elimination and can be affected by various factors such as size, location, and number of leaks present. While we cannot guarantee the exact time required, we are committed to resolving the issue effectively.

We understand your concern regarding the undisclosed costs. Once leaks are detected, we can provide a fixed-priced quote for repairs, and our sales team can assist in tailoring the quote to your preferences.

Our engineer followed the correct protocol, as confirmed by our leak detection trade manager. Regrettably, we are unable to reduce the invoice further as the work was completed on-site and Aspect is entitled to full payment.

Atam recommended returning for further investigation with two engineers due to the detected area with high readings.

We apologise once again for any inconvenience caused. Please feel free to contact our leak detection trade team directly for any further inquiries or concerns. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Dodgy company

Really unhappy with their service. Hard to contact customer service. Got phone insurance from nova direct. Made a claim for my damaged phone. They requested proof of purchase, Proof of usage. They wanted an Estimate from Apple Store for repair. Once I provided all these information They cancelled my policy with out providing their service. They are basically crooks.
PEX Insure Is the company that covers Nova direct. Stay away

Thank you for your review but unfortunately it is inaccurate. You made a claim on your gadget insurance policy and during the process requested the closure of the claim. This was done and your claims excess refunded. Your policy has not been cancelled by us or PEX Insure.

Been waiting for battery for over a year now. They have cancelled soo many appointments for instalments. Sent numerous emails. No reply. Called on daily basis and they never answer. Keep you waiting for over an hour. Sent complaints. How do I take complaints further?
