Good customer care - I had a faulty fitting which they helped with promptly.

Has the soonest delivery and installation date of the main companies providing a similar service. Every thing went ahead a planned.

Sent music magpie a pristine iphone which they offered a fair price for. Received an email from them saying the phone was 'bent beyond repair' along with a much lower offer. We refused the offer and received the phone back, not a mark on it and in full working order.
What are they playing at, think they are trying it on by the other similar reviews!

Scammers, take payment then do not send goods and do not refund.

Should be illegal.

To start with I would like to confirm that I very rarely write bad reviews because accidents happen and there are usually two sides to a story, however this review is written to help others to avoid being scammed by Redwood.
We instructed Redwood Collections to help us with an outstanding debt of £10,000 legitimately owed to us for work we had carried out. Initially with the sales tactics it felt like they would be able to help us but very quickly the person managing our case started to apply pressure tactics in order for us to pay them money to continue the case, saying things like 'would you like to go ahead or do you want us to close the case'. So much for no win no fee.
Very quickly the costs started pilling up for us to the point Redwood where casing us for circa £3K (more than the profit available on the original debt). It was evident that Redwood had made several mistakes with the case such as chasing the wrong entity, adding the wrong charges to the debt, and even addressing me ‘their client’ by the debtors name. They seemed to have no clue what they where doing. What was worse is they apparently have a company policy not to disclose the communication they are having with the debtor, so we could not see if they have actually done anything.
All in all the communication was very poor, the representative unprofessional, the service was expensive and nothing was collected. To appoint them provided us with zero benefit and ended up costing us thousands in money and time. It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience.
I am honestly not sure if Redwood Collections are a legitimate collection company or scammers.

Very happy with the services provided by motorway. Swift sale, professional and positive representatives, good price achieved. Glad we found them. Would highly recommend over other internet car sales sites.
