PLEASE, please avoid ordering from th9is site, the dresses arrived after a month, very bad quality, see through material, badly sawed, came up too short but too large, and you can't return, I emailed them to return the items and originally I was told that I can return but I will have to pay for the custom fees or I can get 20% refund and keep the items, I said I was to return but they never provided the return details. how is this still allowed to happen in this day and age, all these companied should be banned from the UK, there must be some level of protection, what is the customers protection doing

they need to be banned from the UK market
the worst company ever, they should be banned from the UK, they have a UK website but are placed in Poland, they promise delivery in 1-2 days yest weeks later I still don't have the items, and to top it I have now to pay custom fees of £50 that I was not told about in order to receive the items. THIS IS ABSOLUTLY RIDICOULOUS AND SHOULD NOT HAPPEN IN THIS DAY AND AGE, COMPLETE SCAM

The worst company ever. Placed 2 orders on the 26th and I haven’t received any updates since, the products haven’t even been dispatched but I have been chased daily to leave review. I have sent an email querying about the order and I have not had a response.

Nate is absolutely great, always helpful and providing quick response to any queries.
The signals are extremely good, up until now all signals hit at least TP1 and 2 and only 2 hit stop loss. In less than 2 weeks I made 3700 profit with a 550 deposit. I already withdrawn 2000. I literally couldn’t believe it (I still can’t) how easily I can make nearly my 9-5 month’s wage.

hi, as looks like via reviews is the only way to get in contact with you as no one responds to the online form can you please confirm my flights have been accepted as I can see that most are rejected which only proves what a bad job you are doing?
I need to know ASAP as otherwise, i will have to get new tickets

I am confused by your comments because of the following:
1. On booking confirmation, you received an order confirmation email from us.
2. As you purchased the flexible payment offer, you also received payment information email explaining how and when to pay and any reply to that email would come to us.
3. The only email I see from you via our webforms - which is the correct form of how to contact us - is an eticket request which was replied to you in a very timely manner - within approx 2 hours of receiving it.
If you are not seeing any of these emails or your tickets, ensure you check your spam and junk email folders as depending on your email settings, these may be found there.

worst company and customer service
Run as far as you can from them, I have placed an order on 28th February and I still haven't received the items. the customer service offered 0 help, that when I actually managed to get to through as today I have called at least 10 times and no one picked up. I had to rebook the handyman 3 times. most unprofessional and unreliable company!!!

Thank you for your review and I’m sorry that we let you down on this occasion.
It seems the couriers repeatedly had issues delivering the order to your delivery address, to the extent that we had no choice but to cancel your order.
You then placed a new order with an alternative delivery address, which is now out of stock and due in next week.
I completely understand your frustration, but I can also see the effort our staff have gone to, to try and resolve this issue for you. We also advise customers to hold off booking a fitter until the goods have arrived and been examined.
Our phone lines have also been extremely busy recently, so I apologise if you have been unable to get through. We are currently training more staff so we can consistently deliver our best and usual service.

Happy in my new home
I would like to say a huge thank you to the Countryside Properties team and especially to Sofia Dihoiu (South Oxhey) who has been an amazing help throughout the process of buying my new home with everything I needed and more. She has gone above and beyond her duties to support me and encourage me at every single step of the way. Everything went really quickly as opposed to my expectations. I would highly recommend them, the whole team was extremely helpful, kind and punctual at all times, they have made sure that I was fully informed throughout the whole process.
