Run as far as you can from them, I have placed an order on 28th February and I still haven't received the items. the customer service offered 0 help, that when I actually managed to get to through as today I have called at least 10 times and no one picked up. I had to rebook the handyman 3 times. most unprofessional and unreliable company!!!

Thank you for your review and I’m sorry that we let you down on this occasion.
It seems the couriers repeatedly had issues delivering the order to your delivery address, to the extent that we had no choice but to cancel your order.
You then placed a new order with an alternative delivery address, which is now out of stock and due in next week.
I completely understand your frustration, but I can also see the effort our staff have gone to, to try and resolve this issue for you. We also advise customers to hold off booking a fitter until the goods have arrived and been examined.
Our phone lines have also been extremely busy recently, so I apologise if you have been unable to get through. We are currently training more staff so we can consistently deliver our best and usual service.
