Poor Scheduling and Item Assessment

at first they assessed my item at 3000+ through phone conversation, so I agree to pawn them my item, then there goes the 1st problem, The Scheduling of Pick-Up and Delivery, Customer Service gave me a different date it is like they scheduled the item to be picked-up on a Tuesday but the Rider called me on a Monday, and then the 2nd Problem the in-house Assessor, it seems he/she doesn't know what he is doing, imagine assessing my Item to be fake, until I showed them all my proof like receipt and authentication card.
