I would advise anyone thinking about booking this flight to avoid like plague. I have exhausted every avenue to get my refund. Their Web page contacts direct to Facebook. And response is usually in days. Efforts made to get refund by sending emails also bounces back with reply pointing you to complaint section on their websites which when completed never generate any reference number.
When you call, the reference number is required to confirm your refund request which unfortunately you'll never receive. I have tried this 3 times already. The call centre is rude and would hang up the phone by passing you on there long phone holding. Such a shame. I will never give up until I get to the bottom of this. I hope someone will read this .

This is a nightmare company.i can't believe that this model of delivery company was allowed in the first place.
Nobody to talk to, really fully running on scam.
Lost my parcel in delivery and won't pay any compensation. I wish I had read reviews before using this scam company.
