My go-to cbd for a while now
My go-to cbd for a while now. I use a dropper every morning and then oftentimes again in the late afternoon. It’s my favorite and I’ve tried many brands for several years now. I think it’s very well priced as well and the delivery is fast. The flavor is pretty non-descript but it’s fine. Nothing not to like. I’m really glad I found these guys.

It’s so so but very overpriced
I’m a fasting veteran and I’m glad to go through discomfort for the results. I’ve done 7 days of water fasting and all manner of other fasts. This appealed to me as I was doing it with my gal and thought it would be easier for her. First of all the price for what you get is pretty outrageous. You could easily replicate it with just a touch of research. Secondly they seem very light on science and proclaim it fast mimicking which essentially means nearly nothing. Almost fasting isn’t fasting. At the end of it all I lost three pounds and $250 for me and my gal lost 2 pounds and cost of course $250 as well. If you read the fine print they they after three rounds of this you could lose 5 or 8 pounds or whatever it is they claim. So 1500 for the two of us for five pounds. Not the dream.
