I put a deposit on a set of bunk beds on August 23rd, I was told delivery would be 1 month, then I was phoned to say it would take another month. I agreed to this and I then got a phone call last Saturday after 8 weeks to tell it was ready for collection. I drove to Harvey Norman and paid the balance of my bill only to discover the beds weren't there after I had paid in full. When I questioned this I was told that I was to pay and they would then be delivered to their store which was not what I was told on the phone earlier that day. I asked as a gesture for the misinformation and inconvenience of travelling over that morning would they deliver the bunk beds just 6 miles free of charge to which they responded Absolutely No Way. Having shopped in this store since they opened in Ireland I am disgusted with level of customer service I experienced and as awarning to all when they ring you to tell you your items are ready get them to reconfirm that the information is correct. Needless to say I won't be shopping in this store again nor my family.
