Calm and a good outcome
Out of hours emergency was made into a calm situation. The vet who treated Bella was very straightforward, she offered solutions and choices quickly with no fuss. A great outcome.

Review of White Stuff
Lovely colours and the pink around the side slits just makes it wonderful! I only gave it 4 stars as the neck is a bit itchy. Lots of compliments from family and friends. Great with jeans.

Review of ManyPets Pet Insurance
I have used ‘Many Pets’ insurance for my dog for over three years. All the claims that I have made have been paid in full usually by the next day. It has taken the worry away and let me concentrate on my dog and making sure she gets the best help she needs.

Very easy to submit an invoice, in this case it was paid the next day. Can’t fault it!!

Review of Photobox
I loved the photobook which I have used before. This time I decided to order a special box for someone’s very special birthday. When it arrived the box was simply cardboard with no pattern on it. I regretted spending the extra money!
Review of Vitavia Greenhouses
I lost two small parts of my folding shelf so I contacted customer services and they have sent the small parts. Without these my shelf would be useless! Brilliant service.
Review of The Best of Exmoor
Ruffles Cottage is very well equipped especially in the kitchen. The bedrooms are big enough and the beds are comfortable. The cottage was very clean and comfortable for two of us and the dog. We were able to park the car relatively easily although we did not move it for three days as we walked onto Exmoor from the front door. There are plenty of places in Dunster to eat both at lunchtime and evenings with the dog. Helen was very helpful answering questions prior to our booking.
Review of PAVERS
The returns were easy to do and collecting the order from the nearest store saved me money.
Review of Hallsgreenhouses
We have previously put together a rhino greenhouse. No problems were encountered. The instructions fir Halls were really badly put together with mis named parts and others that didn’t exist. I requested new parts for the Perspex curved windows to sit on and was sent parts with cut outs. When I complained that the website showed parts without cutouts I was told I was wrong! I photocopied and sent a photo of my parts and eventually I was told it was because two websites showed different parts! Anyway the part I wanted didn’t exist any longer. I’ve used sealant. I was also told that Halls do not expect the greenhouse to be water tight! What is the point!! Don’t buy these greenhouses, I wish we hadn’t.
Review of Hallsgreenhouses
Bought this greenhouse in January, just had it delivered this month. The instructions are illegible, we are quite handy and have erected a greenhouse before. Just contacted customer services to complain that the z bars holding the acrylic panes to the glass are leaking. I was told that the Halls Greenhouse is not manufactured to be water tight! Wished I’d bought another Rhino greenhouse.
Review of 247 Blinds
We ordered 18 blinds from 247 and were delighted when they arrived but unfortunately the perfect fit frames are so deep that they foul the window catch. Having provided the correct beading size I am annoyed that the finished product is being scratched every time I open the windows. I have had to order handle spacer at a cost of £20+ which after spending over £1400 is disappointing and frustrating.

I waited ages and when my clothes arrived they were tat. I could have purchased them for £15 in Matalan and got better quality. Rather give the money straight to charity and will be donating the clothes to charity too.
