Following extensive remodelling of our house in Altrincham we appointed H&S to assist with the project management of a ground floor extension and new fitted kitchen. We had researched the market in some detail but choose H&S because of their design input and commitment to ensuring a quality product and as importantly, a quality fitting at a very competitive price. We got the value you would expect from a larger supplier but the attention to detail of a small privately owned business keen to impress and develop a strong reputation. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and I’m very happy to recommend them.

Given the investment required with Hydrow both for the rower and the subscription, I was hesitant at first but I have to say so far the experience has been excellent. Focusing on technique, allowing you to improve your endurance and power with a progressive and engaging variety of training and work out videos is honestly very addictive! The enthusiasm and training skills of the Hydrow team is impressive as is the attention to detail, encouraging cool downs and other ways to improve your wellbeing as well as all round fitness. Very pleased I made the investment.
