Katie was very knowledgeable and patient.
It is complicated to know what the best thing to do is, but she listened and accepted that if a Customer appears to be aware of the current market, their usage and history they may be informed enough to make a choice. She is very professional and her help is appreciated.

A great start

I have recently had the need to register with agencies and have with 6 over the last 3 weeks.
Hannah Stewart of Pertemps Northampton was superb she is the only agent to have actually invited me in for a face to face meeting. She showed great interest in my CV and was so encouraging and supportive. I am both grateful and impressed. I look forward to some good results

I absolutely love my new kitchen

I absolutely love my new kitchen, made possible by Nikolas Lester and Matthew Carberry of the Northampton Benchmarx. From the first design stage to ordering, returns and final installation nothing was too much trouble. Looks amazing. Thaank you guys.

Serious mains leak

I reported a leak on the 2nd of September they did not respond until the 2nd of October. They then took a week to send someone to detect and a week after that they have told me i have a leak..... I KNEW THAT!... Now they have said i have to arrange the fix..... So what's the point of them. They have taken my premiums and i have been with them for a few years and have never made a claim before ever...... This is just terrible. Don't go with Swindle Insurance. People that have said excellent service have obviously never made a claim! I have registered a complaint..... Lets see if i get a response before this time next year.
