Not arrived and no support
Been waiting for the order since the 21st, custom support is no help and doesn’t answer questions. We still have no idea what’s happening as all we keep getting is “order is being processed”.

Still not received my orders and still no communication from your support ticket
UPDATE
The shipping information provided to My Rocking Kids was not incorrect and I have had to show My Rocking Kids their own checkout process. It asks for address, city & postcode which was provided and another screenshot of their confirmation with a pin on my house.
The address i provided them in the email to support included my county as they asked for my full address but as you will see if you buy from them they do not request this as to get an address you only need postcode and house number.

Review of I Love Wallpaper
Bought the Liquid Marble Wallpaper Blue, Bronze to do our bedroom and both rolls turned up with white marks / scratches every few meters on the roll. The customer service representive Amy handled the call well and sent us 2 new replacements next day delivery.
The 2 new rolls were a different batch number so we were hoping the printing issue was sorted. Yet again the same issue. Phoned and spoke to a bloke this time who wasnt helpful and kept telling us it's not their job to check the rolls going out it's their manufacture even though their the seller. Was told because it was so little numbers they wouldn't email out customers saying the batch was faulty to give people a heads up to return.
Ended up getting a refund and buying from Dunelm.

I was having an issue with HTTP not redirecting to HTTPs with my RewriteRule. Plamen from support got back to me quickly and corrected my mistake.
Great support and help all the time. Been using them for just over a year now and it's the best decision I made.
