Great online app based banking

Great online app based banking. Current account earning 1% cashback for a year, great savings rates plus accessibility. The ability to approve online sales to increase security...a great idea in this climate due to the amount of fraud!

Very good products

Very good products, I ordered the rooibos jars this time! Slightly confused with the packaging as I thought I'd ordered matcha by mistake but it was rooibos inside so panic over 😅

Switched to Avro as much more competitive for costs for both gas and electricity. Due to being spoilt for a long time with other companies with a smart meter it was tricky to navigate the readings on the meters again, but very helpful customer service email assistance has proved invaluable to getting up and running successfully as no question was to small to be answered...thank you Maisie! Great customer service experience and so far a great company to be with!
