I'm recovering from multiple surgeries, so my nephew took care of ordering these for me since my prescription changed. When I went outside today they did not tint any. He said he ordered everything. All I want is what I told him I wanted, and had in my previous glasses.
Very disappointed I couldn't get an actual human but a stupid bot, which you can't explain what you really need to.

Pretty good, though there have been times I wasn't reimbursed the full amount because the product I was trying out did not sell in the format of "pack" I was told to purchase, and individually purchased the amount to add up to a "pack," and because it was not an actual "pack" was not covered, so I learned, the hard way, if the item is not sold in a real PACK, making a purchase as if WAS a pack was not acceptable. 9 times out of 10, Social Nature reps have made my purchases good on reimbursement.

Called me back as soon as she got off the phone with other client. Was quickly able to take care of my needs and accurately.

They took care of the service I requested with no problems. It only took a few minutes to complete this transaction.
