I have just received my passport @ 8:00 am this morning
I thought will share my experience… I have received message from HMPO saying my passport is on its way on the 17th, original delivery date supposed to be yesterday 19th but they have rescheduled for today after reading all bad reviews rang them yesterday got through to customer service after 59 minutes being on hold, just to confirm the depot whereabout ( was warned that can not come to collect it myself and I said I won’t as this in not part of my job and politely asked the rep to send email to a depot make sure the delivery will actually happen today and it did).

Fingers crossed for all of you! If you need to speak to someone the best time is around 8am the number I used 0345 608 0630

The delivery driver did not knock or use a doorbell just put it through the letter box.

We have visited on 21st of August, have to say wasn’t impressed- overcrowded I don’t think is a good idea to let so many people during “pandemic” no space to park and for the car park you need to pay, half of the hair dryers don’t work, can’t even imagine having a shower there- disgusting.
You have to be lucky to find an empty locker or use a changing room.
Overall, will not return again feel like this place is way overpriced.

First of all the quality is great as I’m a runner it’s very important that leggings stay in place and not sliding
I have tried loads of companies from the top range but will stick to Women’s best as it is average good value for money :)
