Very easy to navigate through the website ... BUT the website obscured the fact that there was an additional charge for the excess protection insurance. It was already ticked by default, but the amount shown as total charges excluded a payment for the additional protection.
Easy hassle free booking. I've used CarJet on a number of occasions and I've never experienced any problems ... on occasions the rental supplier has even upgraded the vehicle.
POSITIVES: No queue Communication pre and post reservation great. Reasonable deposit, released quicker than most NEGATIVES: Nobody out on the lot to check the car over with you. Some small damages not shown on the condition document Nobody to greet you when returning the car ... had to find him in the booth TERRIBLE CAR!!!!! Renault Kwid-Automatic. Just dreadful!
