Review of goprogram.com
This card is horrible. The customer service is non-existent. When you call the customer careline, you go in circles if the instructions are even right at all. I hate working with this card. The states that use it are doing a huge disservice to their clients.
Review of Dell
I like dell computers but their service department and warranty policies are awful. I had an issue with my battery WITHIN WEEKS on purchase... I opened a ticket 8/6, my technician came out 8/24 ... (which is apparently the last day of my warranty) it had as a new computer.. the technician could fix it and now they won't send him back out with the piece he needs because the warrant expired 8/24? and I didn't follow up so they closed the ticket. Now I have to send the computer in which is just a headache. Poor service and such a pain to get anything taken care of ... ugghhh
