Taxi was 15 mins late, when I called to find out where it was I was told someone would call my back, this didn’t happen, which was disappointing. Turns out there was an accident which is why it was late but there was no communication. I’ve used BA Transfer for years, and will continue to do so, but this isn’t great. Luckily we had more than enough time to get to the airport.

When I started using Dr Frank in Jan 2025 the customer service was brilliant. I’m delighted their business has grown but the service is now awful. Emails don’t get responded to, have to wait for 20 mins plus to try and speak to someone. When you finally do the staff are a delight but you need to look after customers better as your business grows. I’ve recommended them many times, I’ll no longer be doing that.

Engineer arrived on time, was thorough and tidy. First time used WPJ Heating, will definitely do so again.

What a fab start to the weekend, experienced an amazing massage, mix of Swedish and sensual, which hit all the right spots in every way 😜😜 Thanks Ruben, you were great! Highly recommended for anyone who needs some real relaxation.

Great service, bbq arrived when they said it would. Not easy to put together, that could have been clearer. Used the bbq over the weekend, great results, would definitely recommend.
