Avoid rebated products
The actual store and merchandise is OK, but don't buy anything with a rebate, this involves shady third-party rebate companies and you will most likely never get your rebate from them.

Good test, depending
Very good DNA analysis if you have primarily British and/or Irish ancestry, since it's the only company that breaks down this ancestry by region. Not as good if your background is outside this area.

Aside from occasional problems with delayed prescription renewals, they have been good to shop at. Just don't buy any electronics there because they don't warranty them.

From five to zero stars
This used to be a good company for office supplies. In 2020, they changed suddenly for the worse. You no longer are able to change or cancel an order once it's placed, but you also have no idea when it will be shipped.
I ordered a refurbished computer but it did not even ship until after the expected delivery date. Also, it came from a third-party vendor, not Staples. I couldn't track the order, the computer arrived with a malfunctioning hard drive, and customer service was slow and unhelpful. They have lost a customer for life.
